  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available during promotional campaigns.
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the address is incorrect,
  • the customer is unavailable,
  • or the order is refused,

GraceMart.shop reserves the right to cancel the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Delays

Unexpected delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.

GraceMart.shop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
